6 Week Beginner Fitness Program – Pick Up and Go
If you are a student or a staff member who is interested to start a beginner weight training and fitness program, we are now offering a 6 Week Beginner Fitness Program package available for pick up from the Gym front desk.
Group Training at "Island Optimal Health and Performance" - $60
These one hour private personal training sessions are offered through ‘Island Optimal Health and Performance’ for groups of three people and one personal trainer. Each participant will receive a personalized strength training program to encourage and optimize individual success as well as be motivated by the other individuals in their group throughout their journey. No more excuses this year, take your goals and aspirations seriously and make the change with us!
