Campus Rec offers a series of healthy and active living activities to remind you about taking care of yourself outside of the classroom.  From healthy food choices, physical activity, stress reduction and mental health, our goal is to help you take control of your health by keeping your mind, body and spirit in the best shape that you can while studying here at VIU!
