Class Lists and Wait Lists

You can now manage all aspects of your class lists and wait lists online using the Class List Management system. This page is available in the Course Information section of the Registration/Student Records page.

Faculty members will automatically see a list of current courses for which they are listed as the instructor.

To search for a course, enter the Course ID (i.e. ENGLspace115), and then Intake to see the managment menu. When you begin to type the intake, (i.e. S17) a drop-down list will show all the sections that match your course in that semester. Select the correct section and click on Get Course. Note that upper or lower case can be used.

From the Class List Management menu, you can view your class or wait list* in several formats:

  • HTML
  • PDF
  • Excel Spreadsheet
  • PDF Roster with photos (class list only)

You can also:

  • Produce class mailing labels
  • Submit Final Exam requests
  • Enter Final Grades
  • Enter grades using Gradebook
  • Report No Show students
  • Send an Early Academic Alert
  • Send an email to your students

The information provided is in "real time". As soon as a student registers or the wait list changes, the changed information will appear on these lists.

IMPORTANT: Class lists contain private information, and care should taken to use and dispose of them in compliance with the Student Confidentiality Policy and Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA) legislation.
