Request for Legal Contract Review

DRAFT CONTENT

All contracts requiring legal review or signature of senior officers of the University must be submitted to the Office of the Vice President Administration and Finance.

Please note that the review is from a legal perspective only.  Individual Deans, Directors and Principals must ensure completion of due diligence with respect to the viability and operational requirements of executing the contract.

To facilitate the process, the Microsoft Word File Request for Contract Review Form should be completed, signed and attached to all contracts sent to the Office of the Vice President Administration and Finance for review and signature.
